We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Lecturer in Marketing to join our dynamic Business School at Liverpool John Moores University, a forward-thinking institution with a strong commitment to applied learning and industry engagement. We are especially proud of our Business and Accounting Clinics, where students gain invaluable experience through live consultancy projects and the preparation of year-end accounts for external organisations. The Clinic works with a wide range of partners across the Liverpool City Region, providing impactful learning experiences and valuable contributions to the business community.

This is an exciting opportunity for an early career researcher with a passion for marketing and digital marketing education, and the ability to inspire students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

About the role: You will contribute to teaching, learning, and research in our thriving Marketing and Digital Marketing related content, delivering innovative, research-informed teaching that equips our students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in today’s fast-paced marketing environment.

About You:

You will be an excellent communicator, able to translate academic theory into practical application, and confident in working with diverse student cohorts. You will have, or be close to completing, a relevant PhD (or equivalent professional experience) and be keen to develop your research portfolio in alignment with the School’s priorities.
