This new full-time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis until 31st August 2026 to cover maternity.   

The role

The post of Lecturer in Management will support the delivery of education and an excellent student experience for Undergraduate and Postgraduate students studying in the field Management and Leadership.

The post will include:

  • The development and delivery of modules, including assessment
  • Supporting colleagues in their module delivery and assessment
  • Acting as a personal tutor to students
  • Supervising and supporting students
  • Working with colleagues to ensure high quality education for our students

About you

For a Lecturer post you will:

  • Possess sufficient breadth or depth of specialist and core knowledge in the discipline, demonstrated by a PhD or equivalent in the field of Management to develop teaching programmes, and teach and support learning;
  • Use a range of delivery techniques to enthuse and engage students;
  • Will have evidence of excellent teaching identified by peer review.
