We are seeking a Research MRI Radiographer to join our team, to start as soon as possible on a permanent basis. This will be offered from 0.5 FTE to 1 FTE, subject to confirmation of funding and staffing needs. The post will be offered at either Grade E or F; please view the job descriptions and person specifications for full information on the differences.

The role
The post of Research MRI Radiographer at the Mireille Gillings Neuroimaging Centre (MGNC) will contribute to extending the research profile of Medical Imaging at Exeter and support research projects from within the University and external study teams
The post will include supporting the day-to-day research scanning activities including but not limited to, sequence development, set-up and function of additional equipment (fMRI tools, physiological recording) maintaining MRI safety, data transfer and quality assurance, contributing to study development and reporting faults/overseeing servicing of equipment. The post will require CPD and training sessions to maintain fitness to practice including GCP and ILS training as well as study specific training activities.
