The College is seeking to recruit a strong administrator with previous project coordination experience to facilitate the rollout of a new VR platform developed at the multi-award-winning, Immersive Technology Lab, based at Lucy Cavendish College, University of Cambridge.
The first-of-its-kind virtual reality platform transforms users into skilled and confident public speakers. The virtual reality platform has been successfully developed, trialled, and launched. The Project Coordinator will facilitate the rollout of the platform at the University of Cambridge. You will have previous experience of organising and running events, as well as excellent communication skills. Working as part of a small team, you will be passionate about helping people with speech anxiety and strive for excellence.
In return we can offer a benefits package including:
Speech anxiety affects 80% of students and it negatively impacts their well-being, academic attainment, and career progression. Not only has the Immersive Technology Lab created the most effective treatment, but they have also made it freely and instantly accessible to all students.
