About the Role:
We are now seeking to appoint a Pro Vice-Chancellor (Student Experience and Outcomes). Reporting to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education), the postholder will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering programmes that enhance student engagement, continuation, completion, and outcomes across all modes of study. They will oversee the academic delivery of apprenticeships, lead preparation for our next TEF submission, and work with colleagues across the University to foster a student-centric culture of excellence.

The successful candidate will be an accomplished senior leader in higher education, with a track record of delivering innovative and high-impact enhancements to education, informed by data and best practice. They will combine strategic vision with operational delivery skills, and will have the ability to influence across professional services, academic disciplines, and external partners. A strong knowledge of TEF and experience of developing successful submissions will be essential, alongside an ability to champion equity and inclusion in student experience and outcomes.
