About the Role:
Based in the Centre for Business and Society (CBS) in the Faculty of Business and Law (FBL), your priority will be to strengthen and support the activities of the Centre, including income generation, research, impact and knowledge exchange. You will share the vision of the Centre to provide critical, social-science perspectives on business and management, with a particular focus on advancing research in operational excellence, sustainable supply chains, circular economy, business analytics and digital transformation. Quantitative skills such as modelling and simulation are preferred.
With a PhD in a relevant discipline, you’ll have a proven track record of leading impactful research, attracting research funding and of scholarly outputs. You will play an important role in strengthening the research profile of CBS by building internal and external relationships and collaborations. You will have a keen interest in being interdisciplinary, with the ability to critically engage with a wide range of literatures as well as policy.
