Contract Type: Permanent
Placed On: 18th August 2025

Are you detail-driven, process-focused, and confident using data and data systems to support quality and improvement?

Do you thrive on ensuring that policies, processes and reporting are watertight, accurate and inspection-ready?

Would you relish the opportunity to play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest academic and operational standards at one of Britain’s leading performing arts training providers?

This is a hands-on and strategically important role within our Quality Assurance team. You’ll help to design, review, and embed quality systems and processes, ensuring our courses and programmes meet the requirements of our academic partners and awarding bodies. From supporting internal inspections and servicing academic committees to collating and analysing key data for senior leadership, you will be a key part in how Italia Conti maintains its reputation for excellence.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Quality Assurance to:

  • Conduct and report on internal inspections, ensuring we are always “inspection ready”
  • Collate and analyse data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Prepare materials for inspections, validations, and accreditations
  • Coordinate student surveys and representative activity, ensuring student voices are heard
  • Maintain accurate records, including Causes for Concern and operational documentation

You’ll need:

  • A keen eye for detail and strong reviewing skills
  • Excellent IT skills, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience of quality assurance in a further or higher education context

This post is primarily based on-site in Woking, working closely with academic and operational teams to ensure timely support and alignment with organisational needs.

If your commitment to quality is matched with a flair for data and process and a desire to be part of an organisation that champions the performing arts, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and help us keep Italia Conti at the forefront of excellence in performing arts training.
