The Department of Media and Communications is seeking to appoint a highly committed and motivated Graduate Programmes Coordinator to manage the quality assurance, regulation and assessment of all taught graduate programmes run by the Department.
Duties will include acting as administrative lead for Departmental assessment and regulation processes, including all MSc assessment and course/programme regulations, acting as contact point for staff and student enquiries, and working as part of a highly dynamic, energetic team to provide excellent service delivery, across a range of activities, to staff and students.
Candidates will be expected to demonstrable administrative experience, excellent IT skills including Word, Outlook, Teams, Zoom and in particular strong competency in Excel with a high level of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail. In addition, candidates are expected to have excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate effectively and confidently to a variety of audiences as well as a commitment to providing high-quality service and delivering that service to Department stakeholders.
