- THE ROLE -
The postholder will be key member of the Global Recruitment and Engagement team and, along with the Global Recruitment and Engagement Regional Managers and Officers, the postholder will support the recruitment activities of the team, recruitment campaigns and communications to potential students and key stakeholders. The postholder will provide in market support to deliver against the International Recruitment plan and report to senior staff on the performance of this plan against KPIs.
- ABOUT YOU -
- A bachelor’s degree in any subject area (or equivalent Level 6 qualification) OR A-levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification) and work experience relevant to the role.
- Experience in a sales or marketing role with substantial practical experience of digital marketing (e.g. SEO, PPC, Display Advertising, Email, SMS etc.).
- Experience in supporting the measurement and evaluation of sales and marketing plans, including experience in measuring return on investment.
- Experience in project and event management in a professional environment.
