We are seeking a manager who has a mix of strong leadership, interpersonal skills and a deep commitment to education and professional development. This exciting role will support and coordinate our Apprenticeship Community of Practice including Ofsted readiness by supporting the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship provision within our academic and professional services community.

To succeed in the role, you should have:

  • Experience in developing and delivering guidance and training to a range of stakeholders; this training will be used in sessions to enhance the delivery of apprenticeship programmes.
  • Be able to apply specialist knowledge in delivering and developing exceptional services for apprentices.
  • Have experience in delivering professional development workshops.
  • Organisational capabilities to ensure digital architecture of resources, future proofing the shared resource area for use of all staff involved in apprenticeships.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring or equivalent including providing advice and guidance to staff.
  • Knowledge of Higher and Degree Apprenticeships and awareness of the Education Inspection Framework and OfS External Quality Assurance of End Point Assessment requirements is desirable.
