The Opportunity:
We are looking to appoint a postdoctoral researcher to support in the Eating Disorders and Behaviours Group at the University of Edinburgh. Specifically, the post will contribute to two Medical Research Foundation funded projects: developing resources for clinicians working with patients with eating disorders living in food insecurity; and developing guidelines for adaptations for Eating Disorders focused Family Therapy (FT-ED) for autistic young people and their families.
This post is part time (28 hours per week) for 12 months. We are also open to a split post with two post holders (14 hours per week each). We will consider requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and on-campus working.
Please note the salary for this post is Grade 7 – appointments will be made on spinal point 32-34 (£41,064 to £43,482 per annum pro-rata) due to budgetary restrictions.
