At Camberwell, Chelsea, and Wimbledon Colleges of Arts (CCW), we’re committed to creating a welcoming work environment where efficient processes enable flexible and inclusive working. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Administrator to join our team. You’ll play a key role in supporting staff and students, ensuring the smooth running of research activity across the college.

You will be motivated by process-driven work, with a natural flair for organisation. You will bring careful attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
With experience in administration and finance processes, ideally including systems such as Agresso Business World, you will be confident in handling both routine procedures and more complex queries.
Educated to degree level, or with equivalent professional experience, you will combine analytical skills with a collaborative approach, working positively with colleagues across CCW and beyond. Above all, you will be motivated by supporting a vibrant research community, ensuring that staff and students are well supported within a busy and creative environment.
