Competitive starting salary range from £27,988 up to £39,003 per annum (dependent upon experience) with the potential to progress. A discretionary range for candidates with exceptional experience can be discussed/considered

CU Recruitment and Admissions Limited (part of the Coventry University Group) is building a new approach to student recruitment and Sponsorship Compliance, establishing strategies that position Coventry University Group as a dominant local, national and international recruiter.
The Role
In this role, you will lead a team of Audit and Enrolment Specialists to deliver a high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused enrolment and audit preparation service. Reporting to the Associate Director for Sponsorship Compliance and Quality Assurance, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with UKVI regulations and contributing to a smooth student journey from CAS issuance to enrolment.
Your team will support essential pre-enrolment functions including Right to Study (RTS) checks, fraud prevention, and the preparation of audit-ready documentation. You will ensure processes are robust, turnaround times are met, and service standards are consistently high.

We’re seeking an effective and detail-orientated individual with experience in student enrolment, compliance, or a related area within Higher Education. You will have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to meet high standards. You should possess excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-first mindset whilst also providing exceptional support to students and stakeholders. Experience of using systems for document management, data analysis and reporting is essential.
