Due to expansion of our contract with NICE, the Peninsula Technology Assessment Group (PenTAG) at the University of Exeter is seeking a Senior Research Fellow (SRF), a Postdoctoral Research Fellow (PDRF) in Health Technology Assessment (Health Economics), or a Graduate Research Assistant in Health Economics.

The Role
Within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll play a key role in evaluating health technologies (medicines, medical devices, diagnostics) for the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and other leading agencies. Depending on your level you will:

• GRA: Support cost-effectiveness aspects of health technology assessments (HTAs), analysing economic models, conducting evaluations and contributing to new methods development.
• PDRF: Lead cost-effectiveness evaluations, develop de novo economic models and new methods.
• SRF: As above with significant leadership, project and line management responsibilities including training and development of staff to support career progression.

About You
We're looking for people with:

• A strong background in health economic modelling and cost-effectiveness analysis.
• Experience in HTA and economic evaluations (experience leading evaluations desirable for PDRF and essential for SRF level).
• A passion for research that directly influences policy and decision-making.
