Position Details
Role: Education Support Administrator
Salary: Starting from £28,031 (pro rata) on Grade D, based on qualifications and experience
Hours: Full and part-time hours considered
Contract: Open-ended or fixed-term opportunities considered
There may be additional opportunities for fixed-term and part-time positions at this grade and appointable applicants may be offered future opportunities if available. Interviews are expected to take place mid-September.
About the Role:
As key members of the Education Support team on one of our Exeter campuses, you'll be part of a dynamic Hub team, contributing to the vibrant learning environment at the University of Exeter. This role offer a unique opportunity to grow as an administration and customer services professional.
Responsibilities:
Provide advice, guidance, and administrative support to students and staff.
Support the delivery of taught programmes across a diverse range of activities from enrolment to graduation, including student record maintenance, supporting assessment delivery and administration and awarding and progression.
Collaborate within a cross-Faculty team to support undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

These roles form a vital part of our support services, including delivering a face-to-face service for students and staff, as such, role holders will be expected to work from campus for a minimum of two or three days per week, as well as full-time for the first 6 months whilst training is completed.
Please also note that as busy roles with peaks in workload at specific points in the academic cycle, there may be periods in June, September, and October when leave may be restricted.
