The Republic Campus delivers a world class student experience with cafés, touchdown spaces and fitness studios located alongside water gardens and community play facilities. As the dedicated Campus Experience Team onsite, we coordinate cross campus events including welcome fairs, industry/career talks, street food markets, sports days and music festivals. We also seek to be a catalyst for positive change locally, delivering social impact projects with our partners on the Campus.

Our team is headed by our Head of Campus Experience and in your role you will work alongside the Senior Events Manager and Senior Social Impact and Partnerships Manager.
Our team are employed by Trilogy Campus Ltd (linked to Trilogy Real Estate LLP) and we are contracted to deliver campus experience work to Republic. In our work we are supported by The Head of Campus at Trilogy.
About you:
You should have experience in a marketing role, a passion for digital and social media, content creation, and an understanding of trends that resonate with students, tenants, and partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to adapt your tone and style to suit a variety of audiences and platforms.
You’ll need to be highly organised and confident managing multiple projects and deadlines, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and a creative approach will help you deliver effective marketing and communications campaigns that engage our diverse audiences and elevate Republic’s profile.
This role calls for a professional and collaborative individual who can build strong relationships across teams and act as an ambassador for Republic with external partners, tenants, and visitors.
You’ll take ownership of planning and delivering a wide range of marketing and communications initiatives, from digital campaigns to on-site activations and printed collateral, to support engagement across our campus, with a particular focus on events promotion.
We’re looking for someone, with proven competency and experience delivering a marketing plan, who can hit the ground running, thrives in a busy environment, with a proactive mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for developing your marketing career.
