The Institute of Ismaili Studies is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Director.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Director’s schedule, coordinating communications in addition to assisting with the preparation of presentations and the organisation of staff events.

What you’ll do:

  • Processing invoices and managing expenses
  • Minute taking
  • Personal support as requested by Director
  • Planning and organising staff and student socials
  • General senior administrative duties

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (Including Mathematics and English Language) or equivalent
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Previous administrative or PA experience
  • Drafting correspondence and taking minutes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
