The University is seeking a highly motivated Workforce Data Analyst to support its strategic workforce planning through the development and delivery of insightful, data-driven analytics. This temporary role will be instrumental in extracting, validating, and analysing workforce data to produce accurate statistical reports and dynamic dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders. A key focus will be ensuring the integrity of data used in statutory reporting, helping to drive informed decision-making across HR and Payroll functions.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong technical expertise, particularly in the use of the iTrent payroll system, and a proven ability to maintain high standards of data quality and accuracy. The ideal candidate will bring robust quantitative analysis skills and a proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunities. Experience working collaboratively within a team environment is essential, along with a commitment to sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
