Are you a passionate automotive professional with a flair for developing others? We are looking for a motivated Learning & Skills Trainer to join our award-winning training team, delivering Level 3 Light Vehicle Apprenticeships to the next generation of technicians.

Working with both prestige and volume brands, including some of the biggest names in the sector, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the automotive industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality training to apprentices at the start of their automotive careers.
  • Share your expertise across light vehicle diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repair.
  • Inspire, coach, and support apprentices to achieve their qualifications and excel in their careers.
  • Collaborate with leading employer partners to ensure programmes meet industry needs and standards.

What you’ll bring

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is a skilled automotive professional with hands-on experience in the light vehicle sector, ideally gained across both volume and prestige brands. You’ll bring with you a strong technical background and a genuine passion for the industry, but equally important is your ability to inspire, motivate, and guide the next generation of technicians.

You will be:

  • Dynamic and engaging – able to capture the interest of learners and keep them motivated throughout their apprenticeship journey.
  • Technically confident – with up-to-date knowledge of diagnostics, servicing, repair, and emerging automotive technologies.
  • Supportive and approachable – someone who takes pride in helping others grow, develop, and achieve.
  • Professional and adaptable – able to work effectively with leading employer brands and tailor your approach to meet a variety of learner and business needs.
  • Committed to excellence – ensuring apprentices not only gain their qualification but also the skills, confidence, and standards required by today’s automotive sector.
  • Qualified to Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Level 3 Refrigerant Handling, Level 3 Electric Vehicle & Hybrid qualified
  • Level 3 Assessor Award, Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance, Level 4/5 Teacher qualified (or willing to work towards)
