Description
The School of Education, Health and Science is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced academic to join the BSc (Hons) Paramedic Science programme lecturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced academic who is keen to develop and progress their career in higher education (senior lecturer) or someone looking to move into an education role (lecturer position). The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a drive and passion to develop paramedic practice and education, as well as an eagerness to engage students with simulation.
This post offers an exciting opportunity for you to be involved in moving the school forwards with its strategic plan to deliver a sustainable health and social care workforce for Gloucestershire and beyond, in collaboration with strategic healthcare partners. As a senior academic, you will be expected to hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Education or equivalent.
This post requires an enhanced DBS check and for applicants to be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Fractional roles and job share will also be considered.
