The Role
Reporting to the International Marketing and Conversion Manager, this role manages international student recruitment enquiries and leads conversion projects supporting the University’s global targets.
You will deliver effective enquiry handling and conversion strategies across undergraduate and postgraduate portfolios. A key responsibility is implementing and optimising Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to deliver targeted communications and multichannel engagement. This work will generate leads, guide prospective students through their journey, and contribute to recruitment outcomes.

You hold a degree or equivalent experience, ideally with a professional or postgraduate qualification. Knowledge of University financial guidelines, CMA, GDPR, and relevant regulations is essential.

The Directorate for Students attracts and supports an inclusive student body, ensuring graduates thrive through career enhancement. Recruitment and Admissions is a large department within the Directorate, covering home and overseas students. It provides strategic advisory services in course marketing, recruitment, admissions, international development, visa and immigration advice, events, and graduation. We are committed to widening access and improving service across the applicant journey.
