Flexible Working
This role provides a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to deliver research in battery cell sensing, BMS development and characterisation, as part of an established and highly successful team, working in collaboration with an established UK industrial automotive partner.
About You
You will need a PhD (or be close to submission thereof) in a relevant subject, and experience of the theory and practise of sensor development, wireless communication and embedded electronics. You will ideally have experience of battery system development including the experimental assessment / characterisation of battery technology. You will have excellent communication skills, be flexible, and be able to work independently and as part of a research team with diverse skills and backgrounds. You will have undertaken complimentary research or development in one or more of the above areas and be able to demonstrate your capability through appropriate academic experience.
