We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior IT Systems Engineer looking to build on their experience within a fast-paced, diverse, and supportive environment. In this role, you will work closely with the IT Infrastructure Manager, colleagues across the IT Infrastructure Services (ITIS) team, other IT departments, and the Business Information Unit (BIU).
Based our Hawkshead Campus, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management and support of the RVC’s network and server infrastructure, helping to ensure reliable and secure IT services for all users. Collaboration is essential, as you’ll contribute to the successful delivery of infrastructure solutions that align with the RVC’s strategic and business objectives.

This is an outstanding opportunity to advance your career within an institution that is deeply committed to digital transformation. You will bring strong communication skills, solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, and prior experience—ideally within a higher education environment. Your ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues will be essential to your success in this role.
