About the Role
Applications are invited for the post of School Business Coordinator in the School of Biological and Behavioural Sciences. This role provides senior-level operational support within the School, ensuring local business continuity, oversight of compliance requirements, and coordination of local projects and priorities, including high level strategic events, and speaking engagements.
Key responsibilities:
The role is expected to be for 9 months, but as this is a maternity cover this may be subject to change.
About You
Candidates should have experience of providing senior administrative or operational support within a complex organisation, ideally in Higher Education or a comparable sector, with the ability to solve problems, think independently and respond to sudden unexpected demands. A working knowledge and experience of carbon reporting, maintaining Health & Safety records, ABW planning, and drafting business-critical communications is essential.
