The University of the West of Scotland (UWS) is seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer in Scots Private Law to join the School of Business and Creative Industries. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional who is looking to transition into academia or is currently an academic, to contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality legal education and research. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in Family Law and/or Voluntary Obligations, although applications from those with specialisms across all areas of Scots Private Law are welcome.
