Given the nature of the cricket playing season candidates must be flexible, working a minimum 44-hour week March until September / 30-hour week October until March split working hours. Also, these working hours will be to meet the needs of the sport and will include weekend and evening work, to be agreed in advance.
About the role:
The Estates and Facilities Management team are looking for a Semiskilled Grounds person Cricket to join the wider Grounds and Gardens team based on the Loughborough University Campus.
The successful candidate will carry out skilled maintenance and development works on sports grounds with minimum supervision. This post will concentrate on cricket grounds and areas, within but not exclusive to the ECB National Cricket Academy during the playing season.
We are looking for an individual with an active interest in Sports, who is a great team player and a motivated individual.
