This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic creative community at Hereford College of Arts and help drive our strategic focus on partnership development to support outstanding quality of education and growth. Your focus will be on industry and employer connections, both within the creative industries and beyond, to ensure our students are well prepared to progress to the world of work and our curriculum portfolio meets evolving skills needs. Your work will create new professional opportunities for students, help inform the development of existing courses and generate new viable programmes.
You will also support the development of education and civic partnerships and provide empowering leadership and management support for the small student recruitment and business development team.
This role will require excellent communication and organisation skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a wider range of people across the college as well as externally. You will have credible business experience as well as an understanding of education and skills. The successful applicant will demonstrate drive, initiative, thoroughness and enthusiasm to deliver our strategy in this new role.
The successful candidate will be appointed on the payscale appropriate to their level of experience and qualifications, within the stated salary range.
