About the role
The post holder will play a key role in the delivery of the online and in-person UCL MBA in Global Management, supporting both admissions and student experience. They will manage key elements of the student lifecycle, from initial enquiry to alumni engagement, ensuring a high-quality experience throughout. In doing so, they will work closely with the Programme Director and the Marketing and Student Recruitment team to support the programme’s recruitment goals, helping to attract, engage and convert prospective students.
The role holder will also contribute to the School’s wider teaching and learning activities, working closely with the programme team and student representatives to deliver a world-class student experience
Please note this is a fixed-term contract ending on 30 September 2026.
Salary – UCL Grade 7 £43,981 to £52,586 per annum (including London Allowance)

About you
The ideal candidate will be educated to A-level standard (or have equivalent experience) and have a background in supporting students and admissions processes within higher education. They will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in community building, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff from diverse backgrounds.
A commitment to professional development and keeping up to date with courses and programmes is essential.
