Join Birkbeck as an Operations Support Officer and play a pivotal role in supporting our Estates and Facilities Directorate.

As part of the team that manages key services such as maintenance, security, cleaning, portering, and the post-room, you will be the first point of contact for day-to-day enquiries. You’ll help ensure service requests are efficiently logged, tracked, and followed up, while also supporting financial and administrative processes behind the scenes. This role is offered on a permanent, full-time (35 hours a week) contract, with a salary of £31,234 rising to £34,827 per year.

Salary and benefits: £31,234 rising to £34,827 per year, Grade 4 of the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting Allowance that applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
