Cambridge University Professional and Continuing Education (PACE), Madingley Hall

Our mission at PACE is to enable professional and continuing education throughout life, and to widen access to higher education. We design, deliver and curate a portfolio of short courses and award bearing qualifications in a broad range of disciplines.

Our activities primarily take place at Madingley Hall (a residential Grade I listed building), which provides facilities for conferences and events, and a full hotel service.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join the Student Records Team on a maternity cover basis as Student Data Coordinator.

Department: Student Records Team, Continuing Education Governance Division

Duration: 18 months (or until the post holder returns)

FTE: 1.0 (part-time considered)

Location: Professional and Continuing Education, Madingley Hall, Madingley

Reports to: Director of CE Governance (acting Student Data Manager)

About the Role

As Student Records Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide operational support for enrolments, marks entry, transcripts, and certificates, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Liaise with central University teams (Student Admissions, Registry, Records Office, CamSIS Team) to support smooth student data management.
  • Help manage data reporting and compliance activities, supporting the preparation of key student-related reports.
  • Undertake project-based work related to records processes, and support the existing team with student data management.

Who we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience or knowledge of CamSIS and an understanding of University student records processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data management skills, with the ability to spot and resolve anomalies.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Confidence in managing competing priorities and working to deadlines in a busy environment.
