- Work with communications teams to design segmented campaigns (email, social, digital advertising) that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Build personalised lead-nurturing journeys through webinars, live chats and tailored communications to guide students from enquiry to enrolment.
- Partner with academic leads, University admissions and external stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience that aligns with Oxford’s policies and values.
- Monitor KPIs (applications, conversion, yield, engagement) and use insights to continuously refine strategies.
You will have proven success in marketing, admissions or recruitment, ideally within education or youth programming, with experience in the UK or international school sector considered a strong advantage. You will bring expertise in lead generation, CRM systems and digital marketing tools, alongside excellent copywriting and communication skills for engaging, student-focused content.
