We are currently looking for an experienced Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join our Clinical Practice Research Datalink team in the Safety and Surveillance group.
Within a week of working here, your day could look like this: Preparation and support of CPRD’s infrastructure IT operations solutions and services by providing them to the industry and organizational best practices, standards, service requirements, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout the product life cycle. The post holder will also create and maintain documentation, perform all routine tasks according to the processes and checklists, monitor infrastructure and application, and alert and take appropriate action.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level, or equivalent, in either a computer science-based, IT-based, or related discipline or industry qualifications at a professional level such as ITIL Foundation. In addition, you will have hands-on experience in maintaining Azure service components to ensure they meet business needs and performance targets.
