The Opportunity:
To provide editorial assistance and administrative support to the editors of a world-leading History journal, Gender & History (G&H), and in liaison with the journal Collective, authors of submitted manuscripts and the publisher
This post is part-time (10.5 hours per week) and fixed term until the 31st December 2029 . We are open to considering requests for hybrid or remote working within the UK (on a non-contractual basis)
The full time salary for this post is £29,588 to £33,951 per annum, this will be pro rata for the part time role.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage workflows and, where necessary, identify and address problems
- Ability to proofread scholarly writing consistently well and gain mastery of stylistic conventions
- Attention to detail
