About the role:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator to support the work of the Student of Concern Management Group (SOC MG). As the SOC MG Administrator, you will work closely with the SOC Mental Health (SOC MH) team to ensure robust case management processes and effective administrative support for students referred to the group. You will be responsible for preparing meeting documentation, managing referral data across systems, and supporting internal communications and governance processes.
This role is critical to ensuring students at risk receive consistent safeguarding and support through timely coordination and follow-up. You will be working within a small, dedicated mental health team, as well as liaising with colleagues across the university to support our safeguarding procedures.
This is a full time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract.
