- THE ROLE -

The post will be based at the University’s Belfast campus and offers an opportunity to join a work-based learning team in a highly successful School, with a strong teaching culture, a growing international and comparative profile, and an extraordinary record of success in research (REF) assessment.

- ABOUT YOU -

1. A PhD in Public Services, Criminology, Sociology, Law, or a closely related subject, of which Public Services is a major component.

2. A first or upper second-class honours degree, or higher degree, in Public Services, Criminology and Criminal Justice, Sociology, Law, or a closely related subject. 

3. Experience of teaching and assessment at university level in the area of public services and security. 

4. Experience of the teaching and assessment of work-based learners.
