Faculty Operations
This permanent, full-time post is available immediately.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – minimum 3 days on our St. Luke’s campus and maximum 2 days from home.
Summary of the role
The post will be homed within the Faculty Operations team, facing the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences. Faculty Operations is part of the Division of EAS. EAS brings together all the key administration and educational support to create the conditions for student and academic success.
You will provide high-quality administrative support to academic leaders within the Department of Health and Community Sciences. You will be responsible for delivering professional services efficiently and effectively, ensuring that departmental operations run smoothly and align with strategic priorities.
This is a varied role at the frontline of business support. It requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a wide range of queries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional, customer-focused manner.
