About the role
The Faculty of Science is looking for a pro-active and self-motivated individual to join our team, to support the delivery of University of Bath Pharmacy education at the University of Plymouth campus. You will play a key role in supporting Bath MPharm at Plymouth supporting students with their learning experience from induction through to graduation. This role will be a lynchpin, monitoring the experiences of this particular group of students as they navigate life as a University of Bath student based at the University of Plymouth, calling on resources from both universities and working with academic staff to ensure their success.

About you
The postholder will work collaboratively to deliver a high-quality standard of support, ensuring that services are efficient, effective and adapt to changing circumstances. They will ensure students are aware of and have access to welfare services, skills and employability enhancement opportunities, peer mentoring and activities that promote a sense of community and belonging across both universities.
In fulfilling these functions, the postholder will collaborate with colleagues across the University of Bath and University of Plymouth, as well as the academic leadership team based locally. This is a busy and varied role involving daily communication with academic staff and students, and the postholder needs to have excellent organisational skills, to demonstrate good use of initiative, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise.

This role is advertised full time at 1.0FTE (5 days a week) based at the University of Plymouth Campus, with typically 1 or 2 days a week working from home. We would consider part time applications for 0.8 FTE (4 days a week).
