- THE ROLE -
The postholder will contribute to teaching, research, enterprise, and business engagement for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Fashion. They will undertake administrative duties related to undergraduate and postgraduate Fashion programmes and engage in high-quality research activities. The postholder will provide teaching and academic support on BA TADF, BA Fashion, Year 0 (Foundation in Art and Design) and related programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, contributing to an outstanding student experience at Ulster University’s Belfast School of Art in preparation for industry-relevant specialisation and progression into professional life.
- ABOUT YOU -
1. A master’s qualification (MA/MDes/MFA) in Fashion or related subject areas OR a first- or upper second-class honours degree, or equivalent degree level qualification, in Fashion or related subject area, plus significant experience.
2. Experience of teaching and assessment of Fashion in higher education.
3. Extensive experience in the use of a wide range of Fashion practices and methodologies, particularly in a commercial context.
4. Demonstrated ability to contribute to the management of programmes of study in higher education or equivalent.
