About the role
This is a research focused role.
Duration: 12 months in the first instance.
The successful candidate will lead research examining how engineering students develop the ability to approach, frame, and solve open-ended sociotechnical problems in the context of the programmes offered by The Centre for Engineering Education (the Integrated Engineering Programme IEP and/or the Engineering Foundation Year EFY).
Note: Appointment at Grade 7 is dependent upon having been awarded a PhD; if this is not the case, initial appointment will be at Grade 6B (salary £39,148 - £41,833 per annum inc. London weighting) with payment at Grade 7 being backdated to the date of the PhD award).
