About the role
We are seeking a proactive and student-focused individual to join our student experience and engagement team as a Student Experience Officer, supporting undergraduate students in the School of Management.
This is a dynamic and varied role, central to enhancing the student journey. As a key point of contact, you will provide personalised guidance and support to students throughout their studies. From monitoring academic progression to signposting pastoral and academic resources, your contribution will help students feel supported, included and empowered to succeed. You'll also play a vital role within the undergraduate office, working collaboratively with professional services colleagues across the School, and liaising closely with the Directors of Study, Academic Advisors, and other academic and campus-wide services to ensure a joined up, proactive and responsive approach to student support.
Committed to service excellence, you will support both students and staff through the planning and delivery of enrichment and engagement activities that foster a sense of community and belonging. You will maintain accurate, student-facing information across a range of platforms, and ensure records are kept up to date and that every student receives appropriate support. Our ideal candidate will be proactive and adaptable in managing their workload, demonstrating sound judgement, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to enhancing the student experience.
