  • Implement processes to capture evidence of impact and coordinate the use of impact systems across a wide portfolio of projects.
  • Provide proactive support for academics in developing impact case studies, including the sourcing and collection of robust evidence.
  • Contribute to training, events, and guidance that build a culture of impact literacy across the University.
  • Work with colleagues across the Research and Innovation Directorate and beyond to embed EDI principles in all impact-related activities.
  • Support reporting, review processes, and the creation of impact-related communications in line with the University's Research Strategy.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of research impact in a higher education or related context, ideally including REF requirements.
  • Experience supporting researchers or professionals in capturing and communicating impact effectively.
  • Confidence in developing and coordinating systems, processes, and events that support diverse project portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage academics, professional services staff, and external partners.
  • A commitment to advancing impact in an inclusive way, ensuring research benefits are accessible, equitable, and widely shared.

How to apply: Please attach your CV and covering letter detailing how you meet the person specification.
