Who we need
Are you ready to inspire the next generation of media creators? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Media Lecturer to join our outstanding faculty.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching and supporting learners to reach their full potential. You’ll bring your expertise in Media to the classroom, delivering engaging and industry-relevant lessons to both 16–18 year olds and adult learners (19+).
You’ll be delivering accredited qualifications from Entry Level 3 through to Level 3, with a strong focus on Level 1. Alongside this, you’ll embed key skills such as English and Maths, helping our students develop the confidence and creativity they need to succeed in today’s media industries.
We welcome applications from professionals across a wide range of media backgrounds – whether your expertise is in film, television, digital design, journalism, photography, radio, or social media production.

You’ll design inspiring Media lessons that spark curiosity, build skills, and prepare students for progression into higher-level study or creative industry pathways. Your innovative teaching methods will engage learners at every stage, helping them unlock their potential and achieve their goals.
