White Rose University Consortium is seeking a proactive and collaborative Researcher Developer (0.6 FTE) to support postgraduate researchers (PGRs) across the White Rose partners, and regional SHAPE early career researchers (ECRs), in close collaboration with York St John University and the British Academy.

Role
The Researcher Developer role is an exciting opportunity to support the Head of White Rose and work with cluster co-leads at York St John University, colleagues at the British Academy, and partners across the region to design and deliver tailored support for SHAPE ECRs.
The postholder will contribute to two areas:
1.British Academy Early Career Researcher Network – Yorkshire & Humber Cluster (~0.4 FTE)
2. Support for PGRs across the White Rose Universities (~0.2 FTE)
Location
Based in York, with a regional remit across Yorkshire and the Humber. The role offers flexibility for remote working, with occasional travel to partner institutions and events regionally and nationally.
