Business Support Administrator part-time (18.5 hours a week), maternity cover (November 2025 - 1st February) or earlier return of the post holder.

The Estates and Facilities Management Administration Team are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and friendly team player to cover a maternity post within the Business Support Office.
We are seeking a highly organised administrator with a proactive approach to work and strong attention to detail. Applicants should have well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to work flexibly and independently while managing their own workload. For this role, the successful candidate will require excellent IT skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential. Previous knowledge of the University systems for procurement such as Agresso and ITrent are welcome, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Estates and Facilities Management is a multi-disciplinary organisation responsible for the development, management and maintenance of the University’s two campuses in Loughborough and London. The team deliver a range of hard and soft services ensuring the effective and sustainable management of the University’s land, buildings and biodiverse landscapes.
