This post is part-time and Fixed Term till 31 August 2028, 15.75 hours per week for the first 29 months, then reducing to 7 hours per week until end of August 2028. The salary stated above is the pro-rata amount for the first 29 months, the full-time salary would be £32,185 to £35,066 per annum (Incl. LWA). The salary would reduce accordingly for the remainder of the appointment.
The University of Westminster is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support two significant research projects:
Working closely with the two project leads and team members across UK and EU institutions, you will play a vital role in coordinating administrative tasks including financial monitoring, event organisation, internal and external communications, and maintaining project websites and social media. You will also liaise with stakeholders, minute meetings, and assist in delivering key project milestones.
Main role accountabilities include:
Project Administration; Budget Monitoring and Procurement; Communication and Coordination; Event Organisation; Digital Presence Management; Documentation and Reporting and undertaking any other duties as appropriate within their competence, as required by their Line manager from time to time.

You will be based in the College of Design, Creative and Digital Industries, University of Westminster, based on the Harrow campus. However, it may also be necessary to travel to other University of Westminster campuses in central London.
Working conditions are flexible; some work may be completed remotely, although regular in-person meetings will be required.
