About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Programme Officer to support primarily Year 3 of our BSc Medical Biosciences (BMB) programme.
What you would be doing
As a Programme Officer, you will primarily provide administrative support to the Programme Manager and line manage the Programme Administrator responsible for delivering BMB year 3. You will guide the operational team to support the delivery of teaching and assessments in the final year. This is an exciting, varied role which provides an opportunity to work with colleagues from across the institution.
What we are looking for
You should be educated to A-Level standard or equivalent; experience in a similar role within Higher Education would be desirable. It is also essential that you have experience of providing a responsive, customer-focused service to staff and students via a central email inbox, and of supporting assessments. To excel in this role, you will have strong organisational skills, the ability to set and work to deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a larger team.

This is a fulltime, fixed term for 12 months role with likely extension based at Hammersmith Campus.

Hybrid working may be considered for this role. Staff working in roles that are suitable for hybrid working will normally be expected to work 60% of their time onsite. The opportunity for hybrid working will be discussed at interview.
