CRM Officer
Hours of work: Full-time
Duration: Fixed-term for 18 months
Salary: The starting salary will be from £26,707 up to £31,236 per annum in Grade 5, depending on qualifications and experience
Do you enjoy delivering personalised communications and campaigns? Are you driven by data and analytics?
Reporting to the Senior CRM Officer, the role will support with planning, coordinating, implementing and building personalised marketing communications within the University’s Salesforce CRM system. Your role within the Marketing Communications team will be to support the delivery of compelling and targeted communications, including emails and direct mail. You’ll work with stakeholders across the University to ensure content is engaging and CMA-compliant and will help to provide regular reporting on this activity. The role will also be responsible for enquiry management across a range of channels.
The role is suited to someone with excellent communications skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems and can offer new ideas and initiatives. Experience of working in Higher Education and knowledge of issues relating to HE marketing is also highly desirable.
Hours of work will be 35 hours per week. This role will be located at Leeds Trinity University’s Main Campus in Horsforth, Leeds. Through our agile working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
