An excellent opportunity exists for a proactive individual with strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with a wide range of individuals and agencies, and deliver formal presentations.
As Uni Connect Outreach Officer, you will contribute to the delivery of the Uni Connect programme, a government-funded initiative delivered in the West Yorkshire region by Go Higher West Yorkshire (GHWY). You will be employed by and based at the University of Huddersfield, one of GHWY’s Higher Education (HE) Partners.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have an aptitude for achieving results through liaison, collaboration, and negotiation. You will have experience of events administration and/or management, alongside strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective IT skills.
The ability to travel efficiently to various locations is essential, and the role requires a flexible approach to working hours.
We offer an excellent employment package including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).
