As Researcher Developer your primary responsibility will be to shape postgraduate research student training for the Graduate and Researcher College, as well as contributing to its delivery in key development sessions. The Graduate and Researcher College’s training provision covers the Researcher Development Programme, Supervisor training and the introduction to University teaching sessions for Graduate Teaching Assistants.
You will help advise the Director on the development and implementation of the University’s strategic objectives for graduate research at Kent, to sustain an excellent postgraduate training offer as part of the wider student experience across the University’s campuses and centres.
