We are seeking a talented team player to join us as a Digital Marketing Assistant. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to shape your responsibilities and make a meaningful impact.

We’re looking for a strong all-rounder: an analytical thinker who can generate creative marketing ideas, write compelling copy, work confidently with data and spreadsheets, and stay highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be particularly strong in copywriting, producing engaging copy for digital ads, webpages, and campaign assets. You’ll maintain high standards for proofing and quality, ensuring all content and campaigns are accurate, consistent, and professional.

In this key role, you’ll work closely with the Digital Manager on brand-level campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and essential day-to-day activities. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and campaigns are optimised for maximum impact.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but supportive team, grow your skills, and help shape the future of our digital marketing.

The starting salary for this role is £28,031, progression up the salary scale is done incrementally as a person progresses in the role.

Key Responsibilities

Here are just a few of the opportunities you'll have in this role. For the full list, please refer to the attached job description.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Manager and Marketing team. Work closely with colleagues to bring campaigns to life, ensuring we reach and engage the right audiences.
